Is it IBS, or something else??

Hi everyone. 

I have IBS and about 2 weeks ago I had a bad flare up and was poorly for 3 days...stomach cramps, feeling sick and just generally unwell. Ever since this I haven’t felt right! My stomach always feels gassy and get full quick...my chest sometimes feels like I have trapped wind (in my left side, more my left breast and shoulder) honestly it’s driving me insane! Does anyone else experience this? I must say I suffer from anxiety quite bad at times and this isn’t helping. I’m a heart worrier! So as you an imagine, chest discomfort doesn’t sit well with me. I sometimes get indigestion....not really heart burn but his just feels like constant wind in my chest!!
