Hello people, this triggered me as when i switch off my pc, went out to get some snacks, when i look at cars, i see this vision. I have glasses and its clean. It triggered me and i'm confused to whether is this normal or not. I hope to get some help here and its triggering me on my health anxiety. Thank you

Do you have to wear glasses for driving and if so you can get special lenses to stop this happening,
It's quite common and wouldn't imagine its caused by your gaming

Looks normal to me. I think it's fine. I have severe health anxiety myself so I know how you feel. But this looks like a normal night time view.
