Is it ok for a male to see a female Dr?

So I have made a dr appointment because I have been having a strange dull ache. Sometimes it feels like my testicles but other times it feels like my lower abdomen and sometimes just feels like vague pelvic pain.

The dr I usually go to is a women in her mid 30's. Ive always found her nice and im only 27yrs old so in the past I have only ever seen her for things like the flu and management of my bad allergies.

Given the fact this one is prob going to involve me getting my pants off, is it still appropriate that I see my normal dr or should I find a male?

Hi, a Dr is a Dr regardless of their gender, it's just anatomy to them.

It should not really matter (doctors are not looking at you as a sexual object) but do what you are comfortable with. If you feel will be embarrassed in front of a female doctor, then ask for a male.  They will understand.
