    Hi , i have it along my beard line and a bit on my temple. Mine is hypopigmentation and i've had it since 8 years old , i am now 23. Mine is extensive and covers both arms, hands , back and neck. it looks worst in the summer as my normal skin tans yet the light skin stays light. Just wondering if anybody else experiences this looking worse when your body is at different temperatures , as mine becomes noticeable when im really hot or really cold?

    I've had it for two years and am totally sick of this freak disease. I have tried everything and am going to light therapy twice a week. It's odd though- before light therapy, I had nothing on my hands nor face. Now I have spots on the face and hands. Go figure. So I will make yet another appointment with the dermatologist and see what she says. Stupidly, I thought light treatment would help, not HINDER this condition.

    Yes, I've had it on my face and hands.  Makeup helps, but technically they said it shouldn't appear there - so much for science.
