Is my heart ok?

So back in 2014 I was diagnosed with anorexia at 79 lbs and was admitted to the hospital because they said I had a week to live. My heart shrunk to half it's size and I had palpitations constantly. I left the hospital a few months later because they said I was "doing too well" and might "trigger other patients". Recently (May 2017) I started having issues where blood would pool in my legs and feet, even hands when I put them down.. as well as I have troubles breathing, chest pain and tachycardia.

My mom says this has to do with when my heart shrunk to half it's size but I don't know if I can believe that (My health anxiety does) my mom says I might die soon and I am scared.

My questions are

Could that heart problem come up again 4 years later even after recovery? I never did exercise or anything after recovery so maybe? They wouldn't have released me if it wasn't better right?

I've had MULTIPLE ECGs over the past while, the doctors said my heart looks fine and nothing is abnormal but I never told them about my heart shrinking. If there was something wrong could they tell with only ECGs and blood tests

Thanks for reading.
