If I talk long, sing or shout loud my throat tickles.
I sometimes sing to myself and can no longer change my voice, make howling noise like a wolf without feeling like an obstruction in my throat or just tickly feeling. I was alright as a kid.
I'm now 30 years old....
If I shout too loud, my throat tickles and I start coughing, and would easily break my voice.
I have always been a quiet person, I hardly talk much, I just don't know what to say, I have social anxiety for a long time. I do more talking in my head than in my voice voice box.
Could this the reason why this is happening? That not using much of my voice does this?
I have a cleft palate and lopsided nose, so my voice is also annoyingly nasal, this affects ts my ear, so if I put my finger on the ear I am born deaf with, my throat also tickles.
People have always had trouble understanding me, my voice would be low. I could never increase my voice or know if it's too loud or too low,
Recording my voice by reading somethin, I notice my voice breaks sometimes, and unable to fully understand what I said, listening to it.
I had this for 8 years now, long before I had GERD.
If I go cycling, I often clear my throat which sometimes bleeds. But gp thinks that is GERD and clearing throat.
