Hi all. Havent posted for awhile but I feel broken again. Last few nights I have had insomnia again, and even got the sweats--which I've never had before. Feeling pretty crappy during the day also. I take 40 mg's of sit and I feel like I'm on a roller coaster. I exercise daily and that seems to help a bit. I've been on 40 mg's for 3 plus months. Started this adventure in Jan!!!! Just dont understand why i feel good for 10 days or so and then i feel crappy for a few. Will these blips ever stop??? If this is a blip!!!!!!

I had the occasional one long, long after I'd recovered. Stress can cause it, lack of sleep (ho hum) and just overdoing it too. It won't always be that way though. They will stop. It'll pass.

Hi Katecogs. Thank you for the reply. I always value youre responses. Had a better afternoon as I snuck in a nap this aft. These meds can sure be puzzling. Just coming up on 12 weeks of 40 mg's. Really hate the insomnia and also had dry mouth. Havent had that in awhile. Enjoy youre day!!!!!!!!

Yes the meds are annoylingly puzzling ..... such a shame they're not straightforward like taking an Asprin
Glad your afternoon was better - definitely sounds like another blip. It will pass. Insomnia is a killer isn't it.

I had insomnia too but it didn't last long for me, but it wasn't nice and I had a headache the next day. I'm certain its a blip.

I've been on cit 20mg for nearly three months , still having blips for no apparent reason just as you said. also with the blips usually comes some of the original side affects ie sweating at night & morning depression . Sticking with it as others have said can take along time for things to settle down. Never had any issues till this year don't have any idea where it's all originated from. Good luck & try & stay positive when the lows come.
