Is this a frenulum tear or herpes?

So I’ve had this ‘cut’ for about 4 months now on my frenulum (i’m Circumcised) and it gives me pain when i stretch it out or get erect. It doesn’t bleed or anything but it stings when having sex. Not enough for me to stop anyhow. It doesn’t hurt to pee and it doesn’t hurt if I don’t touch it. It did feel better once when i left it alone but i think rough sex may have tore it again. 

I feel slight itching but not extreme. 

And it seems to concave in where the cut happened any ideas guys?

also going to doc on sat just want to get an idea.
