I have suffered from panic disorder since i was 16, i am 20.
I have always had a fear that i was going to have a heart attack, this is why i panic all the time & can hardly go out. In the last year, they have become so extreme i have had to leave jobs. I cannot sleep, i cannot do much. Recently, i have been having very different symptons. I have not experienced this kind before. My symptons are; severe pain to the right side of my head twice a day, heavy feeling shoulders, numbness in usually one arm. Chest feels hollow, pressurized. My jaw has been hurting for two weeks now & my back hurts everyday.
Just want to know if this is normal as in my 4 years of having major panic attacks iv never had this sort of feeling. Just want to know if it is related or if it could be something more.

Anxiety is a long term thing (eg months). An attack is much shorter (eg hours).
You say you have health anxiety. That could certainly stop you sleeping.
The recent symptoms might be due to anxiety, but I would not say they were typical. I suggest you see a doctor.
