Is this a Vaginal Tear from Sex?

So a week ago, my boyfriend and I had sex. We had sex three times throughout the day and I was not as lubricated as I Should be but in the heat of the moment we had sex anyway. The day after, I noticed that my vagina was irritated so I itched but a day later I finally decided to take a mirror and have a look. I looked as if there was a tear right above my perineum or below the opening of my vagina. From scratching, I managed to open another small tear that was next to it. From google image searching, it does look exactly like a grade 1 vaginal tear, however id like another opinion on what it is. I don't think its herpes or an STD/STI because all signs point to a tear. It has been a week and it hasn't healed and still very painful. Is healing time this long for a tear?image

    looks like a tear , apply pure shea butter 3 times a day and keep it clean
