Is this acne or herpes ? pics

Hello guys,

I woke up this morning with these small blisters on the side of the bridge of the nose and i am worried that it can be herpes. I am not sexually active but i know this can be transmitted through skin to skin contact and i might just picked it up somewhere.

    I would get that swab tested while you still have them. They definitely aren’t acne. With acne you would have a deeper infection of the skin meaning it would be redder and inflamed. While this looks like the infection is on the skin. Could be herpes or yeast infection bumps or something else completely. But like I said I would definitely get it seen.
