I had unprotected sex about a month ago but have had red dots/spots on the head of my penis, experiencing tenderness as well as a small bump/pimple.

    It might be a mild case of fungal infection.

    You should clean up frequently and dry up very thoroughly. Wear loose briefs and change them at least twice a day.

    I would recommend dove soap and warm water. 

    Note: keep hands clean during bathroom breaks before and after.

      If behavior becomes aggressive, try a off the counter cream like cortizone 10
