hi, i have this painful cut looking lesion near my rectum and it hurts to wipe.
i haven't had any unprotected anal sex and have only had 3 partners in 8 years but anything is possible right? i'm scared it's herpes somehow. does it look like it or is it just a hemorrhoid? i believe it's on the top right of my rectum, it's a little red
