Depending on your situations Hun it might be best if you actually ask the doctor if they can refer you to see a mental health team to actually see if you got some kind of disorder Hun as then people will understand exactly what your going thru..and I've a tally referred myself to a psychological team they gave me assessment and they have just told me I need long term therapy help it be a long time before I get to see a therapy but if your on there list when your going through such a rough time you can call them anytime to talk about things and they can reassure you and direct you to the actual support you need Hun

That an adrenaline rush. They suck, attatch no emotions to them if possible. Really try and they pass. You feel strange and awful but i promise it passes. It is so random and weird sometimes. Its a mal function of the fight or flight response. No cure but you can manage it. As time goes in, maybe even therapy they can teach you to catch it before it escalates. Its feels random but it starts a bit before you know about it.its awful! I have walked my dog all happy and one has come on out of nowhere like that and then its a race to get home or breathe thru it  have to deal with it but it truely ruins the moment thats for sure. Can definetly cause terrible anxiety rules to form ince you fear them and imprision you by fearing the next ine. Dont let it. It is a disorder, i dont know why the body doesnt reset or self correct itself but it seems once you have had a few of these they start going on auto pilot until you literally hit them face on and retrain your thinking, hard work and a lot of consistency. Sometimes you have no choice but to let the adrenaline wash i er you and then breathe it out and go about your day. Its nit letting that damn fear aspect  win. The fear stregnthens the whole mal function, it fuels it.
