this could be a wart. It may go away but I suggest getting it treated.

Hi Carlo, this is not Balanitis which is general irritation present on the head / foreskin of the penis. As Regret suggests this could be a type of wart, simply called a wart patch.

Has this changed or developed at all since it first appeared? Does anything seem to irritate it and make it worse?

I would suggest you get this checked as there is a possibility this can develop into, or already is a severe skin condition. Because of the location on the head of the penis, and to the side of the Meatus, this needs the correct form of treatment.

Either get your Regular / Family Doctor / GP to check it for you, of if you can go directly to a Dermatologist ......

You do not want this to get worse or develop into something else so get it Medically checked as soon as possible .....

thanks again, sure I'll go to the dermatologist, but I'm a virgin and I don't understand how I could have procured a wart?

You are thinking wrong kind of warts. Warts like this are internal to your bodily health, not something you have acquired - via sex, or some other intimate contact.
