I've had this about a week now, and I'm worried. Although from what I've research this could be anything. I'm an asian male person, 23 years old. The sores sure looks like herpes but from some illustration shows that the sores also appears on your glands, and I don't have single sore on my glands. Please help

Do they itch or burn? Since they are open sores it seems like it COULD BE herpes but I would get checked to be sure

Yes, they are. Thank you for your response.

Although with the said condition there are other possible disease though, best case scenario would be non STD/STI related condition or if it is STD/STI then the best case scenario would be Chancroid, worst case scenario possible HIV. Since sores with itch and burning sensation in your genital are could come from those 3 disease.

I really hope it's not HSV or HIV.

      Is there any other

Is there any other explanation though? I mean I'm trying to understand what I'm currently experiencing without taking the STD test. Cause I'm literally broke and the test costs way too much, not to mention the test doesn't come in package, so paying for all of them would be devastating to me.

why would you consider it to be HIV. Have you possibly been exposed? I believe it looks like a Herpes outbreak I'm afraid. They are open sores for sure. But Herpes really isn't a huge deal. I certainly wouldn't put it up there with HIV. Herpes is no more than a skin condition. Herpes sores don't appear on glands, but swollen glands can be a symptom of Herpes but not everyone gets them. what other symptoms do you have? when was your last sexual encounter?

The red ring around the outer edge of the sore is very typical of Herpes.
