IS THIS GENITAL HERPES?

Hello. I was showering and cleaning myself until i realised there are small blister-like spots on my penis head. I was very concerned and worried and started to googling for symptoms STD and genital herpes. I dont have any symptoms written in those articles (no pain discharged, no red spots etc) And the last time I had sex was with my boyfriend (we had safe sex with condoms, plus it is his first time so I assume he is totally safe)

I do had sex and casual funs with guys before my current boyfriend, but that was way back (years back). I dont remember the lastest sex i had , i assume it was months before i met my boyfriend and now we are almost 7 months together.

SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? ARE THESE SMALL BUMPS INFECTIOUS? DO I REALLY NEED TO VISIT THE DOCTOR?!

Oh i see.. Is it harmless? Does he pose any health concerns or any other symptoms he may experience? I am not sure if I should visit the STD clinic to do a check up

Ohhhh didn't know about that. I do not know if i had this at a young age. From the picture, do i have to worry about it? It doesn't really affect me i guess. I do not have any painful discharge nor I have troubles if I were to have foreplays.
