Is this genital HSV 1 or what?

Can someone diagnosed with GHSV1 please read and comment. I will sum this amap. Roughly 10 yrs ago (2010-2011), I had what I self diagnosed as vaginal contact dermatitis. The itching is main thing I recall, LOTS of itching, mainly on right side of vagina, never lesions. I recall switching pantyliners, it eventually resolved. no issue since. 2018...asymptomatically Igg tested for HSV 1 & 2...positive for Type 1. I am still with the same partner I was with at that time. I have never had cold sores, neither has he. I have never had a single vaginal concern since then. me and bf first had sex back in 2015, he has never had an issue. we use condoms, but lots of unprotected oral. 6/24/21 I start getting burning in my top right lip. i just know it's a cold sore but nothing develops. just burns and feels like pressure. 7/8/21 i develop right side vaginal burning, feels like pubes are being pulled out, random pinches, right groin burn, inner thigh sensitivity, NO lumps, bumps, lesions. I am STILL experiencing these sensations in both areas. have had 4 vaginal pcr swabs, one oral swab, all negative. full std panel, negative. IGg drawn, of course have type 1, negative type 2. GYN referred me to derm. My PCP thinks I'm nuts...she may be right.
is this sounding anything like anyone with ghsv1 has experienced??? i know 2 people with ghsv, they've never experienced this but I know we are all different.

Even though I have never been dx with ghsv I'm terrified the 2010 event was an unrecognized 1st outbreak. I'm terrified these are (long lasting) prodrome without lesion development. idk how common that actually is. I even reached out to Teri Warren who did not think this was an outbreak. My GYN doesnt think its vulvodynia...hence the derm referral. I am simply stumped on what could cause the symptoms if not herps.

No lesion in weeks, negative testing for HSV2, professional opinion given... it's probably not a breakout. You might experience physical symptoms but these are probably not herpes related. Try to relax, anxiety makes everything worse...

omg, yes it does. I'm trying to relax, it's hard though with sensations still present. so question, I was given Valtrex weeks ago to "take if I wanted." I havent seen the purpose taking considering I was already weeks in when I got them and no lesions have developed. what's your opinion on taking now?

same here. my test said I'm negative for type 2(genital herpes) and positive for type 1(oral herpes), but i have never had cold sores on my mouth, i ve had genital breakout three times.

I've had neither so no idea where my hsv1 really is, but I know it can lay dormant in both areas. I've never had these sensations in either area until 2 months ago. Its the most perplexing thing
