Is this hemorrhoids

Hi all, I'm in a state of high anxiety and have been for a few weeks. I've had blood when I wipe and also in stool. I'm a bit constipated but still 'going' every day. I have mild cramps and mild pain in my side. I had these symptoms 4 years ago and had sigmoidoscopy twice and ct colonoscopy, nothing was found. The symptoms passed but now I'm worried in case something was missed and its rectal cancer. I've googled the symptoms so many times I'm going crazy! I've a telephone appointment on Tuesday with the doctor. I wish I could relax a bit but I am so worried. Has anyone else had these symptoms? I would be grateful of any advice.

    It can be scary seeing blood for the first time! Have you taken a mirror down there and looked or when in the shower feel around? Internal hems cant be seen unless prolapsed. Its probably best to go to the doctor vs a virtual appointment. Your doctor can take a look inside or feel around for you.

      Thank you for your reply I have looked but can't see anything. I'm hoping to see the doctor after the telephone call on Tuesday. Think the phone call is a triage system. Very grateful for your reply.
