Is this herpes?

I had unprotected sex with a guy about a week before I noticed a bump, but that bump went away within the same day, then after getting some itching I eventually had what seemed to be a yeast infection. I started treating it as if it were and taking monistat. Most of my symptoms went away, besides the discharge, it went from chunky and white to thin and yellowish/white, and I am getting more bumps like you see in the picture that do itch, not severally. I'm very worried I just really need closure before I get tested

Definitely does sound like herpes ..
But you can't really guess it .
You should definitely go get your bumps tested ASAP ... If they start going away the culture won't be completely 100 percent ..
Any smell to the discharge.?
The bumps don't hurt ??

There is no smell to the discharge, and no they don't hurt, just itch occasionally, they are very very small

Yeah I don't really know what to call it .
Herpes can be one single bump, multiple open sores, multiple open bumps .. It just differs for different people .. I know mine were red like and it was multiple of them and it was VERY PAINFUL ..
A lot a lot of pain but I can say luckily I had one outbreak and that was December of 2015 and I haven't had one since ...
Have you talked to your last few sex partners about what's going on ??
Are you able to link anything together ?

So could it be herpes if it was just one single bump. I have a bump which isn't open and it didn't come in clusters

I just had my initial outbreak. For about 3-5 days I was feeling like I was getting the flu or a uti. Tired, weak and my back hurt and at night low grade fevers. Then I started feeling weird down there and it was not really itchy but slightly maybe more tingles than itch. I thought for sure it was yeast infection. Then it started swelling bad. My labia were so swollen and sore and hot to the touch.
I still just thought bad yeast infection. I looked and there were no sores or bumps. Just a red hot mess! But it never got better so after all that for 4 days I called doc. He seen me right away and found a small blister in the labia fold. Swabbed it.
Also got bloodwork to see if I had antibodies - which would mean I had it for a while. Just got results - swab positive for type 2. Blood clear so this is initial outbreaK.
I would go get tested. I was mortified at first but every nurse and the doc told me how common it is. So I am feeling less shame.
