Is this herpes?

Posted , 5 users are following.

So for a while now i ve noticed red bumps around the top part of my shaft and the side of the head of my penis. They have been there for approximately 4 months and they seem to get less red until i have sexual intercorse or i masterbate.

I dont feel any of the symptoms of herpes that ive read of, but the bumps are still there and they are rather a depressing sight.

The bumps or rather spots on my head are no bigger than 1 millimeter.

The bumps on my shaft after no bigger than 2-3 millimeters and are not very prominent.

At this point im just really worried that its somthing worse than herpes. Please help!

Yea might be a bad case of balanitis. Get them swabbed asap. U say it gets worse when u have sex or masturbate. Does it clear up completely when u dont?

Kinda, my hygiene could use some work but for like a week i tried being really clean and carfull. And i substatained from masterbation and it seemed to het better but i have a bad habbit of not being able to go long without masterbating.

A lot of people cant go long without it lol but even a week of good hygiene isn't going to be the answer. U might need some treatment. Pills and or topical cream. Go to the doc and get it swabbed. Thats important. Dont wait too long otherwise u might never know what it really is

The problem is, is that i dont have money nor transportation to a doctor. Im living with my parents still and my dad would rather die than go to the doctor because he is a redneck.

Not herpes, as herpes does not remain unchanged like that for so long. Could be a harmless skin issue or else genital warts or molluscum, etc., but only a doctor can diagnose that after examination or testing.

Are you doing okay ? My boyfriend has the same issue right now. We don't know what to do. He's been applying plain yogurt. So idk what it could be. Any ideas ?
