Do you have any symptoms? It could by syphilis. How long after your sexual activity did you notice this?

I had full protected vaginal and oral sex with a SW on 11th sep, the oral lasted for less than a sec and she accidentally bit my penis. I did check on the condom but i dont see any breakages, even after we finished.

I had a mild fever the next day but recovered the day after.

Ever since I had this on and off pain and itch around my penis, groin and testis area but there are no growth or discharge. Around 2 weeks after my exposure,I had fever and headache which lasted for around a week and I had a pimple like bump on the left side of my penis shaft but it disappeared in less than 3 days.

I have suspected if the fever is HIV ARS as it lasted for a week and happened to be on the 2nd week after my last exposure. But replies from the forum said that its not hiv as I am fully protected thru-out the whole session.

And the pain and itch still persist until yesterday when the red patch in the photo appeared. But now there are still no discharges or pain in urine.

Its around 2 months since my last exposure. I have been taking 10 days of doxycycline but the conditions still persist
