Is this herpes?

i have been promiscuous lately but using protection. i checked my penis today and I noticed these bumps on my penis. i am uncircumcised and only noticed when i pulled back. i'm worried this may be herpes. i got tested two months ago and i was clean but now im worried that i may be infected. any and all help will be appreciated.

      those are pearly penile papules not herpes they are normal and alot of men have them they grow around the corona

      @kim16265 im actually referring to the purple/skin colored bumps below the pearly penile papules in the first pic or am i just overreacting?

      @kim16265 it wont let me upload a clearer pic from my phone, it says the file is too big . another thing worth saying is these bumps become smaller after i shower. this morning, they werent as noticeable as they were last night. i can try uploading a pic from my laptop but it would have to be tonight

      from wat i can see of them it dosnt look like they are herpes they dont look like blisters and also things like warts dont change they grow so they would noy reduce in size wat u have is propbably something naturally occurring and not std related

      could you click on the first pic and zoom in on the tip and see the dark circles/bumps? theyre towards the frenulum.
