Is this herpes?

I had unprotected sex with a guy back in December of 2019. We had sex maybe 4 times from December to January. During our last encounter, we did anal and he happened to go from butt to vagina a few times. Since then I've had a terrible itch down there. It doesn't itch in my vagina but rather on my labia and in between the folds. I would aggressively itch for the first month or so. I thought it was due to hair growing back. However, I finally did some looking - it it extremely swollen, red and has bumps. image

to be honest this doesn't resemble a classic herpes outbreak. could be some sort of irritation or infection causing you to itch and have red spots. i don't see bumps. red spots look flat. is that the only area irritated?

There's also bumps and itches further down the labia and in the folds

No I've no burning or discomfort when I pee or wipe. There's also been no burning whatsoever since this started - just a really bad itch

I agree it doesnt look like a herpes outbreak. You might have a bacterial infection and might need antibiotocs. If you have access to a local health clinic i would go there asap.

I made an appointment today. I did aggressively itch when the it first started. I noticed irritation and assumed it was because I itched. I finally did some investigating and noticed bumps. I'm prone to UTIs and yeast infections. And I've recently switched to a new laundry detergent
