Is this herpes?

About fifteen days ago, I thought I had developed an allergic reaction to a pad I wore. I had some itching and pain/discomfort especially when I tried using my menstrual cup. My period ended and I had unprotected sex with a partner that was very painful. A day or two later, I had severe itching, discomfort, burning with urination, and a little discharge that was white in color (no smell). I began taking Monistat3 and using the cream and the discharge went away and symptoms began to ease. Then suddenly I suffered from extreme itching during my sleep cycle and woke up scratching myself raw. After this event, I applied antibiotic ointment and tried to stay as dry as possible. I felt miserable, ran light fever, developed swollen lymph nodes in my groin, and could only urinate in a shower or bath. I was thinking this was just a reaction to the infection. Currently, I am not experiencing itching or discharge in any form. I do, however, experience excruciating pain when urinating and constant discomfort when moving about than can only be eased with pain relief antibiotic ointment or an ice pack. And, this morning, a cluster of bumps showed up. They do not itch, but feel slightly painful to the touch. This is the part that has made think this is more than a yeast infection. I've included several pictures. In these pictures, you may see oozing that i believe was just my ointment or cream at the time. The red number indicates how many days ago the picture was taken. I am scheduling an appointment regardless though. Please let me know your thoughts!
