Is this herpes?

I've been having this lump with small projections that look like warts but are soft and are greyish.

they are spreading to my anus.

they aren't painful but I'm worried.

please help me. image

      it looks like a yeast infection

      does your vagina have a smell?

      you seem to have a white discharge

      are you using a soap to wash that area with. if so stop using it. and just use warm water

      No there's no smell. Theres rarely irritation until I touch the area.

      I was using V wash. I will stop now.

      I went to gynaecologist right after and it was confirmed that I had a yeast infection and warts that are just developing. He put me in antibiotics and Aldara for the warts.
