Is this Herpes?

Recently started noticing these white spots on my penis shaft and not sure what they are. My new partner and I both got tested before having unprotected sex and both tested negative. The picture makes the spots look like bumps but if i run my finger over them, they're almost just as smooth as my foreskin. If I stretch out my skin or get erect, the spots are almost unnoticeable. I don't have any discharge coming out of my penis and it does not burn when I pee. The marks do not itch or irritate me. I wash my penis regularly so I'm pretty sure they didn't form due to bad hygiene. Any help would be appreciated. Going to schedule another test soon.

Hi, it doesn't look like an std. There are many skin disorders that can affect the genitals. It's most probably benign but you should see a dermatologist.

Thank you for your response. I am going to get tested on Saturday just to be sure and maybe my doctor can give me a better idea of what it is or at least refer me to a dermatologist. Since I've noticed the spots, I've been googling pictures like crazy but none of the pictures of herpes seem to look like what I have, especially since mine aren't really bumps and are definitely not blisters filled with liquid, and there's no redness on my penis either.

Tested negative for everything. Doctor said it was a fungus caused from leaving the area moist/damp. I was recommended a Clotrimazole 1% Antifungal Cream. Am supposed to apply twice a day for 14 days hopefully it all goes away

Hopefully someone can help. I've been using the cream and haven't seen any improvements in 3 weeks. Any idea on what I can use to remedy this?

Hi again, skin disorders can be annoying and tough to diagnose. If it doesn't itch or present any inflammation, topical steroid won't help. Maybe try the treatment for another 7 days and use aloes vera or coconut oil after showering. If it's hasn't progress within a week, you should definitely ask for another medical opinion.
