Is this herpes???

4 days ago I touched some hairs in my groin area thinking they were ingrown (but they weren't) and the area immediately reddened.
It usually goes away, but in the evening it was still red so I thought I'd put a cream on.
The next morning I woke up with blisters that are now like in the picture?
Could it be herpes or a simple bacterial infection because maybe my hands weren't clean?
I haven't had sex for a while and I've never suffered from it

looks like herpes babe. could have gotten it a while ago and this is your first outbreak. try oreganol oil

on the advice of the pharmacist, I applied an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory cream and in just one day the bubbles flattened, there is a clear difference ... so probably having touched the hair, with the sweat and the products applied afterwards, the area will have become infected.
Furthermore, the scabs that usually form in herpes after the vesicles have broken have not formed.

the bubbles flatten with the hsv outbreak anyways after a day or so. these are when the ulcers stage start. if you havent yet crusted then just keep applying your ointment or grab that oil if you can. hopefully you can get tested soon for you peace of mind

its always best to get tested when you have the outbreaks so they can test a swab culture

But now it's late because they are broken.
What can i do? Blood exam?

you could try to request the blood work but they arent always as accurate. if you can try going to the urgent care and just asking them to swab the broken lesions they might be able to still get a sample from them to test it. just try to keep them dry until they heal and grab some lysine until you are able to get a possible diagnoses because then they can put you in the anti virals. but lysine is great for keeping away outbreaks.
i hope everything works out for you ❤️

Thank you, unfortunately waiting times are long here and the weekend doesn't help.
I'm afraid the outcome is positive, I don't know what that implies.
Will I always be contagious?

not at all. hsv is so common girl. it suck mentally and emotionally, but you will still be able yo live your normal life. kids, family, etc. you can choose to take the antivirals daily(like me) so that it makes you less transmissible, or opting to take them during your outbreaks (most hsv outbreaks only happen once and people go years without another one, or without ever seeing another period). a healthy diet and not stressing are the #1 ways to keep infection at bay. because hsv lives in our nervous system any stress will trigger an outbreak, as long as you have no active outbreaks(let 2 weeks go by when your fully healed and no sign of blisters or ulcers) you are not likely to infect your partners. also be mindful of the shedding stage. if you feel tingling, or itch, or a sign that a bump might be coming, these are all signs of shedding and at this time you could possibly transmit even with no outbreaks seen so just pay attention to your body and listen to it. and just be upfront with your partners. most people really dont care, and you will get those few that do care (because they are uneducated) and might reject you. and thats ok too. trust me your life is not over. you will most def be ok ❤️

I really thank you so much, even if I don't know you it's always nice to receive words of support.
Luckily they are improving visibly, so now my concern is to ascertain that this is actually it.
I will go to the dermatologist as soon as he is available and I will see with him the most appropriate thing to do.
I'll update you later, thanks again❤️

I'm sorry, but that is most certainly an HSV outbreak, not a bacterial infection from dirty hands. Highly recommend getting in with your PC ASAP for confirmation and treatment.
