not sure if this was herpes . have had tiny painless bumps like this in the past , but refently had a one night stand and then fot this shortly after

Are you feeling raw and irritated? Are you having a discharge? Is it fluid filled, the pictures are not that good.

not much irritation just very small amount of discharge and not much bleeding at all . does it look like it could be herpes ?

Looks like an ingrown hair. However, herpes is very hard to diagnose visually. Go get a culture done.
