Is this herpes

F 20 i shaved a month ago and i felt like i cut myself, i checked it out immediately and i did have a tiny open wound/cut then it was a small bump formed under the skin .. it was painful and itchy weeks went by the pain went down until a few nights ago i started itching at it again, i was scratching it excessively until i finally decided to check again and now i have this. every picture online for herpes image look like this that i can tell by so thats why i am a little confused.

    yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test.
