Just found these on my bum, and wondered if they looked like herpes? The 2 together appear to have hairs growing out of them, the one nearer the crack is the one I am concerned about. Opinions please.

They are a little bit sore, but the area hasn't been particularly itchy, not that I have noticed anyway. Seem to have faded somewhat overnight.
