Is this Herpes?? I was drugged in a bar and cant remember

Im a 23 year old straight guy. Only been with 1 woman before. I was oit having some drinks exactly a week ago. Nothing over the top just a few drinks. Towards the end of the night, I couldn't remember much but do remember getting kicked out for drunken behaviour. I was found passed out in the street with almost no memory afterwards. Upon asking around and the little bit I do remember, there was about a 30 minute window which I don't remember or have any witnesses too. Didnt think anyhing of it, but 4 days later I spoke to the guy that found me (good stranger and his gf that paid a cab home for me), and he said that he was almost certain that I was drugged. Spoke with no slurred speech but couldnt stand up and looked very tired and kept passing out. 5 days after that incident I noticed some tingling in my groin, just inbetween my scrotum and thigh. Didnt think anything of it, but then a couple days later it got a little bit more noticeable and itchy. It doesnt hurt a lot but theres some very slight burning, tingling, itchyness and a bit of redness. The redness are like red lines. Im worried that someone took advantage of me in this state and I contracted herpes or something. Ive done a lot of reading since and it may just be psychological but the redness is what worries me. I feel it on both sides but the redness is only on the right side. Is this anything I should worry about?
