Is this herpes, if not what is it?

Some of these pimple/ bumps come and go. They don't hurt but it feels a bit irritating when the big one rubs on clothing.

The marks on the shaft came when I shaved the area while there was a spot there.

Also what are the smaller spots all around?

      its very possible u should see a doctor i dont think thats herpes are the bumps firm do they come and go

      some of the smaller ones look like fordyce spots its the bigger ones im talking about

      Yh the bigger ones come and go, those are the ones i'm actually worried about really. 2 of them are a bit firm.
