Does it itch or is the lesion painful when you touch it? Do you have flu like systems, such as body aches?

they not painful at all just feel like the bumps havent gone away really cause i keep sqeezing them. they just feel like hard knots it was yellow like that then once i poped it its looks like the second picture but i havent seen any other yellowish bumps .. i have been having headaches and axiety attacks like my heart racing and head feeling weird but i thought it was from some weed i had smoked but man i hope not herpes

Please make an appointment with your doctor immediately and get a swab test to rule out herpes.

It doesn't look like herpes, but have your doctor check it out.
