Usually the bumps Sit on a red base. That just looks like a reaction to something eles. How long ago did those bumps pop up?

3I believe or 2 weeks ago. The girl who I had sex with I been had sex with her on and off for months and got tested befor everything came out negative the bumps you talking about are you meaning in the picture where the circle is ? If so it’s been there for a month now and nothing changed it came up out of no where. I only receive unprotected oral sex but being said with this girl been on and off protected and always got checked and always came out negative included herpes and that was a month and half ago or 2. With it being said is it herpes ?
