Is this herpes?? Or a yeast infection?

I had sex about 2 weeks ago, and I peed later than I should have afterwards. I ended up getting a UTI, but it has honesty calmed down since then. However, I am pretty sure I got a cut or tear from "rough" sex. Feels like it could be inside me, as when I pee it occasionally stings, feels uncomfortable, and every like 4 days there is the faintest drop of faded out blood. I have multiple questions: Does it take this long for a tear to heal?

MAIN QUESTION-

Also, in the picture shown— there are some texture on my private area. But, they don't itch or feel irritated at all. I honestly might've always had the texture, and might be overthinking! Looks like I also have some tears around my clitoris or just redness in general. Again, it doesnt hurt or itch. Looks like the area is a little more red than usual though.imageimage

    I ended up using yeast infection medication, and the white bumps decreased by A LOT! Still have some though and it makes me worried. Are they just irritated fordyce spots caused by the yeast infection?

      Did you have yeast come out at all? Or did you have any bad sores?? I didn't have any sores so I think it is for sure not an STD
