Is this Herpes or fordyce ? Help

hello

i was diagnosticated with yeast infection (mycose) , which show up thoses VP , but yesterday after a shower , i see that the VP become bigger and same white spots appaears (or was there) im not sure .

please what do you think it could be herpes , ? or just FORDYCE .

    looks really red id have said its most likely related to your yeast infection rather than herpes

      thank you so much , but what about the white spots at the bottom (right).

      are they fordyce or herpes ?
