Is this herpes or something else?

BackStory: I Had Sex With A Man I Met Online October 2021 (Stupid). He Released On The Side Of My Vagina. A Few Days Later, Bumps Appeared And I Asked Him About It But Said He Was Clean, I Thought It Was The Sheets. I ReKindle With My Ex And Had A Baby . I Havent Had Sex Since I Gave Birth November 2022 Until May 2023. I Was Swollen After Due to The Roughness Of The Sex And Be Becoming Dry. I Then Used A Friend Washrag Accidentally (It Was The Same Color). A Week Goes By And My Vagina Starts Itching, There Is Also Blood In My Urine But Its Not From My Menstrual. And Then These Popped Up With A Pus Filled Bump On My Butt. I Thought It Was A UTI Because My Discharge Looked Like Tissue So I Went To Get Treated For That . But The Itch And Sores Dont Associate With That So I Was Thinking A Yeast Infection. I Want To Go Get Tested But Im Scared And I Have No Way Of Transportation

    Im no doctor ofc but that doesnt look like herpes to me. honestly looks like a boil thats been popped. I could be wrong i have just had similar and it was a boil. Good luck with ur visist
