it started as little painless bumps then turned into this, i never had this and didnt notice til i tried to shave. Im really scared someone tell me what this is

I don't think there is any reason to freak out. Even if it is herpes, its manageable with medication.
I'd suggest going into a clinic and having a blood test done to see if you have HSV1 or HSV2.
Do you get cold sores?

If they are painless then it would appear to be more like syphilis, but best to go get it swabbed right away.

Unfortunately, the longer you wait to have a culture analyzed the less accurate it is. They recommend having this done within the first two days of the sore.
If you have never had cold sores, the best way to determine if its HSV2 or HSV1 would be a blood test.

my first outbreak was very bad! i was on vaction at the time with no access to a doctor! it was 10 days before i got swabbed and it came up positive! i think once the sores are still present it will work!
they dont even offer blood tests were i am
from!
