Is this herpes? URGENT & PAINFUL

i slept with a guy a few times about a month and a half ago who claimed he was clean of STIs, and the condom came off and he gave me chlamydia. Since the treatment, I've had yeast infections and a strep B infection, and I just finished amoxicillin a week ago for the strep B. I've still been experiencing itching and this appeared last night. the bumps are normal fordyce spots for me but I am concerned about the raw area-- it does not burn when i pee but it hurts a lot and I'm really concerned that it may be herpes. the lymph nodes in my groin are very swollen and achy. does herpes ever present itself this way???
i was swabbed last month when i found bumps and irritation and it came back negative. i did a blood test last night and I'm waiting on results but my anxiety is killing me and i would love some insight in the mean time ❤️

Herpes presents its self on various ways. i did not have traditional "outbreaks" . with that being said, you’ve had a lot going on down there and could be a side effect from the antibotics or any number of reasons. You did the right thing and you got a blood test but it may not show yet. If I were you I would go get re-swabbed on the sores. they can also give you a lidocaine cream to help with the pain. good luck and dont stress until you get a result

thank you so much for the caring reply. I'm wishing you good health with your condition and I really appreciate the advice. i'm still waiting on my results and have another appointment tomorrow, i will ask if i'm still swabbable.

update to anyone who may see this: i got an igg test this saturday which would be 6 weeks post-exposure (70% accuracy rate, higher in people without immunity complications like myself so PRETTY reliable) and my results were >.91 which is a solid negative for both hsv1 AND hsv2.
i'm going to get retested in a couple months when the igg is pretty much 100% accurate at detecting antibodies, but after my negative swab and this negative test, I'm feeling pretty confident that this is not herpes. i guess the cold sores i thought i had in the past are pimples. good to know, lol.
the scratch completely healed overnight and left some dry skin, my whole vulvar area kind of aches, and my skin/vaginal opening is still very itchy and dry. i'm going to do some follow up tests and get to the bottom of what's happening, but despite some of my symptoms lining up with herpes, my OBGYN and i don't think it is hsv any longer. will leave another update with new info if i find out what this is.

the open sore swab came back and i'm negative for herpes but positive for aerobic vaginitis!

You must have been so scared waiting for results 😦( but now you can move on and be happy lol
