Is this hpv or herpes? Maybe yeast infection?

ive been told by my doctor that i have hpv 7 months ago maybe 1 month after these little tiny bumps have been popping up ever now & than. sometimes there uncomfortable never while peeing but this time theres no pain. i made it red once i touched it. i often suffer from yeast infection so assuming that is the casue i usually buy Monistat7 which clears it right up and the tiny bumps. should i worry?

    I think you answered your own question but yeah it doesn't look like herpes
