Is this LS/BXO or normal?

I don't know if this is LS or BXO can anyone help me? I can pull down my foreskin completely when I am not erect with almost no difficulty. When I am erect, I can only pull down my foreskin about halfway until it starts squeezing my glans and it hurts. It feels dry rough, and it hurts a little when I squeeze the spot. Other than that, I have had no pain or soreness. Is this just dry skin and normal or is it LS/BXO? It also gets hard and all bunched up in one spot when I pull down my foreskin. I have been stressing about this and it would really help if someone told me what this is.

    Hi William,

    You foreskin does look inflamed and irritated with discoloration and with scarring. I would suspect you have lichen sclerosus but you really should visit your doctor they should be able to refer you to a dermatologist or urologist for more advice and treatment.
