Is this multiple sclerosis

I have a continuous highly localized pain on the left temporal lobe for more than 2 years. Pinch yourself with middle intensity in the middle of the forearm palm and you will get what I feel everyday.
I have done an MRI which doesn't explain the cause of my pain ( no tumor for sure ). A default appear however on the right hemisphere with evident asymetry. I am wondering if it is not the sign of an early sclerosis (see attached picture)
There certainly is something but it is not necessarily MS. Please let me know what you think.
Thank you

Hi jean
I kind of am having a same situation like yours the difference is I have several tiny nonspecific lessions on both of my frontal lobs that doctors can not tell me what are they. I saw two diffrent nerologysts and one optometrist to see if the MRI findings are corolleating with my nerologyical pain but they could not give me any answers.
I too have the left side face pain. It circulate through all of my left side. When it comes to my face I have left eye pain, left ear pain, left upper jaw and teeth pain, left side forehead pain and left side of skull pain. Sometimes I pull and grab the left side hair hoping to releve the pain. Sometimes I have this pain for days or weeks and then it goes away.
You see I'm still living in mystery of what it could be that I am dealing with.
You are not alone dear just be strong and think positive. I know it's hard when dealing with unknown but what we can do when specialists can not tell what it is who else can help.
I took all my google researches with me and told them look what it says in here. It says lessions mean MS in young people but they dismissed it. But when I asked them then what are the lessions that I have and why? They simply told me " We Don't Know"
That's all I've got from my GP dr, two nerologysts , one nathropath and one optometrist.
😔

Hi Kate
Just on the off chance that you haven't come across the term: trigeminal neuralgia, it's yet another MS related symptom that causes face pain like you describe.

Hi wendy
Yes I read about it on google and talked about with my doctors but none accept it. My naturopath dr showed me the picture of human body that had the presure points and told me that I am having pressures and stress on few of the points that is why I am having this pain.
I've got no where with my doctors Wendy and as I said I really don't know why and how I've got third lessions.
