Is this normal for anxiety

Hi so today I got up feeling okay got ready and all of a sudden I was bit spaced out and shaky carried on doing what I was doing and it went away then half hr later the same this time it was worse but settled down after half hr or so. Does anyone else's anxiety happen in this way throughout the day?

    Yeah I've had that before. Usually if I'm getting ready and feeling nervous about going out somewhere etc, are you worrying about anything ?

      To be honest I have been worrying most days for past few weeks have convinced myself something is wrong with me particularly my heart. I was a bit better yesterday and this morning but then things like this happen I get dizzy all of a sudden or brain fog and I start checking my pulse etc

      I know what you mean. Go to the doctors and ask them to run tests to put your mind at rest that's what I did and it turns out I'm very healthy! I counted my pulse when I first started tablets and it just worked me up and got me anxious. I stopped medication decided on a more natural approach to getting rid of the anxiety. If you wanna private message me feel free I have loads of tips and stuff on how to calm yourself down if you feel this way x

      I have had a few ecgs and blood tests in past few weeks and all okay apart from low iron which iam taking iron tablets for. I have also been to docs few times check blood pressure pulse etc all okay just can't stop thinking might not be. I think I'm checking my pulse far to much and end up thinking is my pulse normal if that makes sense. I'm not sure how to private mesg? That would be good feel as tho I need some advice

    Hi Lynsey, yes mine always comes & goes, I find if I am busy doing things that have to be done I don't think about my symptoms, but the minute I sit down and try to relax all the symptoms appear again x

    I have had that before where my anxieties come and go durring the day 

    We just have to do coping skills when we are feeling this way
