Ive had it for many years now and i have never worried about it. However, I recently got a new girlfriend and she is worried that its something I can spread to her. Her worry is getting me worried that its not just pearly papules. What does it look like? Should I go to the Dr?

It very well does look like pearly papules. It is contagious, its like having genital warts. You should go, get yourself checked out and see if there is anything they can give you since it is only considered an STI.
