Hi Kim, I’ve had that happen before. All symptoms, then nothing... for 2 months, then a flood. Now I’m every 21 days, but it’s lighter. Just got it today, now I’m in bed dizzy. I’m 41, started this hell last year. I take an AD for anxiety. So sorry, but you’re not alone! 😊

Anxiety, panic attacks and extreme nervousness are my biggest symptoms, my cycles have been doing that for about 3 years now, but my anxiety and nervousness never go away!! I hope yours does Hun! At least we get to find out we are not alone💕

Hi Kim..
I was 6 months with no period, I really thought I was gonna be done and then out of nowhere I got slammed with a full blown period! Same thing with the anxiety, heart palpitations, and what not. I feel your pain. I kinda thought something was up because I hadn’t had any hot flushes for a few weeks leading up to the period. I’m hoping this isn’t starting all over again! I keep telling myself, this to shall pass. The anxiety sucks though. I do have lorazepam that I take when things get to be too much to deal with. It is very helpful for me. Well I hope this helps you, you are not alone on this journey.🤪

Dear Kim
I three years post meno and yes it's quite normal to feel like this, I experienced terrible anxiety/panic attacks and health anxiety, basically you feel like you have every disease going. Thankfully it does calm down, I started taken multi vits for over 50's which over time helped with the anxiety and achy joints! Plus avoid caffeine and alcohol as these will make the anxiety worse x

Anxiety and digestive issues are my main complaints. My anxiety has now waned, but it was really bad for about 3 months and my periods were painful. And then when they weren't happening, it felt like they were coming back again. So many weird symptoms but I think anxiety is a biggy for most of us!
