Is this prostatitis?

Never ends with me lately. Okay here goes, my doctor is unsure, currently on a 56 tablet course (twice a day) of antibiotics for what we think is Prostatitis, which has been going on 2 years, seen 3 Urologists who did nothing and were so busy that every time i went in, they didn't have any notes and i'd start from the start.. talk about pro.
It happened one day, where (i am a guy) it just started to feel tighter. My doctor isn't sure as my main any only complaint that I am worried about is it has caused some ED, but mainly, upon sexual activities no matter what, i just need to pee, leak which i never did (never had pre cum, sorry graphic) and my sperm is wayyy more runny, oh and the actual main problem with this, I can't last as long (or near it) and the sensation is more of a "i need to pee" than pleasure... and yes tried not drinking, etc etc.. anyone relate?

This sounds precisely like chronic prostatitis.
Are the ABs helping?
I’m afraid even if they are - its likely to recur following cessation.
Are you normal weight? Eating healthily?
What your age btw?

That is the very thing, Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily. 11 more days to go, not hopeful.
At the start i thought i was 10% better, maybe some 20% but that would be pushing it, but today i seem the same as the last couple of years.
Yeah i've read a lot lately about it, not liking my chances, i just want the 'pee feeling while i am attempting, yep attempting to have sex' to go away... really made things hell.
26, weight was normal, not been the since Christmas, so nearly a year now, unknown illness that we are trying to figure out, Endocrinologist, General Doctors, Psychiatrist (ruled out now) and my latest new doctor coming up a Neurologist but that story is too long to dive into.
Diet wise I eat a lot of Rice and Chicken, that's a lot of my diet.. got a tracker and it seems to like my diet and calories...

It could also be low testosterone levels.

BPH sounds in the ball park too.
Yeah I got a DRE recently, which is why this topic came up while searching for my other issue. My doctor said it all felt normal and I said 'if you don't stop pushing that, i am gonna pee'.. he said, really? and that's when he said he felt i may have prostatitis.
Testosterone levels are all good, i've 7 pages of bloods now over 1 year, they have been searching far and wide

If the Doctor prescribed Cipro. and you are active in sports. You might ask him for something else. Cipro has caused tendon and nerve damage. I know first hand, first with plantars fasciitis, next tendonitis in both shoulders. Each took one year of rehab.

Sansrx has a good point about diet. You might try to limit alcohol, caffeine, citrus drinks, spicy food.
Good luck
