Is this really anxiety?

22 year old female. I have been sick on and off for a year and a half now. It started with random bouts of nausea and some dizziness. Since then, I've had headaches, a seizure, chronic illnesses (yeast infections, colds, allergies, all things i've never had before or atleast not as frequently as before). I some times have random backaches, eye infections, heart palpitations extreme fatigue, sometimes neckaches, and a slew of other symptoms. There is no correlaiton of these symptoms. I thought it was an autoimmune disease but recently had blood work and my doctor said i did not have anything related to autoimmune. She is convinced It is anxiety and wants to put me on a low dose of meds. Here is the thing. Although I am not opposed to this, I firmly believe it is something else besides anxiety. I know my body and the way i deal with stress and I have no history of anxiety, nor do i ever feel anxious. Of course I worry about stuff in life, but i have definately had more stressful times in my life compared do what i am going through now. I also need to be careful because the career i am seeking will be jeopardized if they see i was on anxiety meds so i need to choose carefully with my next step. Like i said, I strongly beleive anxiety is not the issue. However, If anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thats exactly my point. The seizure could have been a coincidence but i storngly feel it's related to how i've been feeling. I do not beleive it is anxiety but my doctor seems to.

Idk I'm not a doctor but I think that if you randomly had a seizure then they should have done blood work and a head scan

They did and everything came back nromal. They have no idea why i had it. I was on antibiotics for tonsilitis so its possibe its from that but they do not know for sure. I'm kinda talking more about the other symptoms however. My doctor is convinced it is anxiety but I really do not believe it is. I've never had anxiety before so I'm sort of asking those who have experienced it before or have experienced the physical symptoms of anxiety to try and help me out. I've seen dozens of specialists, all blood work and tests have come back normal. I do not know what to do at this point.
