Is this really anxiety?

I've posted in here a couple of times.

I've been told by a number of doctors this is anxiety but I can't get my head around it.

I'm 29 and started suffering from anxiety in June this year, I had a very stressful time at work and ended up having to take a month off. I improved but the anxiety hasn't left, it's got better but it comes and goes.

I had extremely bad health anxiety about a brain tumor which has now come back but with epilepsy this time.

I have really weird sensations in my head like a wave moves through my head which lasts only a second. I have weird headaches, extremely tiered, sensitive eyes, dizziness, can't sleep, feeling I might pass out but dont, bad recall memory and over all just feel odd. I don't worry about anything or have invasive thoughts just worry about the symptoms.....does this sound like anxiety or something else??

DOES SOUND LIKE ANXIETY HAS IT'S ROTTEN GRIP ON YOU BUT YOUR RATIONAL MIND IS QUESTIONING THAT FAULTY THOUGHT AND THAT IS SO WONDERFUL.

Have you been checked by your Dr? What did they say?

It definitely sounds like anxiety to me. It's amazing what your mind can do to your body, and sadly there is no limit to what physical symptoms you can get from anxiety =/ I've had sooo many different symptoms over the years... I went through the brain tumor scare also, and the heart attack scare multiple times. And besides those two I've had had many other weird symptoms that made me wonder if something was wrong with me, but it always just ends up being anxiety. I started seeing a therapist and that helped a lot, but I still get physical symptoms =/
