Is this serious?

This is a picture from a week ago after masturbating there was instantly swelling out of nowhere. The swelling has subsided since then but there is a raised cord-like structure in that spot that is more noticeable when erect which I believe is a lymph vessel. There is no pain at all. Should I see a urologist or is this something that will heal on its own?

Did you attach the wrong photo?

Yes that was an accident. I replied with a close up of it. There was inflammation along the right side, but there was also some inflammation along the left side where there seems to be another "lymph vessel" however, you can't see that side in the photo. The inflammation is gone but when I get an erection I feel a hard cord-like structure where that inflammation was, which I think is the lymph vessel? I just seem to be working myself up over it.

Given time and abstaining from masturbation for a few months this will likely fade on its own ....
